After 1 year of my birth I was adopted by my father’s younger brother (Mr.Tapas), as Mr.Tapas didn’t had any child (No birth certificate). The adoption was a family matter, so there is no legal adoption document for evidence.
But since then my father’s name in all my documents is Mr.Tapas and Mr.Tapas also had my name as his child in all his documents. Now, after 20 years of adoption Mr.Tapas had second marriage due to death of first wife. And he also has a son from second marriage.
Now Mr.Tapas has withdrawn me from his society and asked to go back to my Biological father (For which I do not have any document / No birth Certificate). Even Mr.Tapas has served notice in newspaper that he is not my father.
What should I do?
Can I prove with all my documents that Mr.Tapas is my father? (I don’t have any documents of Mr.Tapas?)
