Adopted child

I was adopted in 1996 by my biological mothers aunt and uncle who are hindu's I do have my affidavit which unfortunately has not been registered everything was fine untill I lost my foster father in 2006 and right after two years my foster mother removed me out of the house and refused to take me back its been 6 years I haven't moved back I don't get any allowances from her though she has the business running and a house which belonged to my father now that her nephew and his wife and a daughter who are Muslims and not related to my foster father live with her I have tried to convince her a multiple times to take me back which she has refused to i have been on my own ever since I don't know what is my future going to be like I have nobody to depend on even in my worst situation I have had no family support for all these years. Could I fight for my rights the legal way being nice to her hasn't helped me at all I fear for my future living alone all by myself with nothing in hand I did not get to complete my graduation as well because she had refused to educate me I definitely was promised a better future by her but can I still inherit half the business and house share and I have no siblings from my foster parents I was the only child. I have my foster father/mother's name in every important documents I.e passport, adhaar card, even ration card all my school certificates as well is this be helpful?

Do you have a valid adoption certificate?

Why did they throw you out?  Is there any valid reason?

How old are you now?

I was 20 years old than when I got thrown out of the house the reason was because I took a job and since my foster mothers nephew had began staying at home they objected and made my life a living hell abusing every time she once began beating me I had to call cops over had an NC misplaced it while moving out however I left for a month stayed at a friends place and also stayed in a pg eventually she called back on one condition if i agreed to sign some papers stated that i gave up everything to her and never asked for any share in future I refused to sign any such papers and than they again began abusing me so that they could get rid of me I left for good I couldn't live there anymore never thought of taking any legal action back than and the papers that I have is an affidavit where they have clearly mentioned they are adopting me with there signature and names on it but it hasn't been registered which does not validate as a proof

I AM NOT GOING TO GIVE FULL DETAILS ON HOW TO GO ABOUT IT.  YOUR ADOPTION MIGHT BE IN QUESTION, BUT NEVERTHELESS YOU FILE CASE ON YOUR ADOPTED PARENTS ASKING SHARE IN PROPERTY, DO THAT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BY HIRING SERVICES OF ADVOCATE LOCALLY, ONCE YOUR CASE IS FILED REST THINGS CAN BE TAKEN CARE AUTOMATICALLY. HURRY.
