My boy friend(Muslim) and I (Hindu) would like to get married in Chennai under the Special Marriage Act.As we didn't want the notice to be send to our houses(We are not from Chennai),we tried to take the help of register marriage consultant.But,he told us we need a valid address proof with the local address to get married.We don't have any address proof with the local address.Is there any other way?Is there any consultants who help in creating address proofs?
