adavance salary

If employee having salary 15000pm, is taking advance salary for the upcoming month (like in dec.2010 is taking advance salary of jan 2011 so total:15000+15000=30000). then how to deduct PF & ESI,PT? whether statuitory dedn will be applied on adv. sal. also or not?

or while processing salary of jan 2011, do we need to deduct sta. dedn? confused in these st. dedn plz clarify?

For deduction pl study payment of Wages Act frist and study other relevant Acts before asking such type of questions.

Advance salary released in any month does not form part of the qualifying amount for statutory deduction for the purpose of PF, ESI or PT. Statutory deuction is effected on the wages earned during a month & not on any other payment.

Also I think the 'advanced pay' only would affect the 'Basic Pay' component right?
