The purchasers of land holds two titles, equalling the FMB Land extent. But the measurements shown in FMB of the survey is less than the extent of the land shown in the FMB extent. How can the title deed owners distribute the land.that is measured?
Sir, hope the question above is not confusing and had not been replied. I will elaborate this.
The piece of land as per FMB shows an extent of 2.50 acres. Where as per the measurements shown in the FMB is lessee than what they have shown in the extent. How can the possesses of the land divide it equally among themselves if their is a deficit in the measurements with out any dispute? please suggest. Can the court order any solution for this ?
