I'm new to the forum and I do not know where to post about this. So I apologize if I'm mistaken.
We all know the IRCTC website ( https://www.irctc.co.in/) . People used to book tickets for their train journeys. It should be convenient for people, but it is not in reality. IRCTC is a worst website ever for booking train journey tickets. Most of the time, it won't load properly and while booking tickets, it will disconnect suddenly. And some times, it won't get the payment properly from the payment gateway and lots of issues are there.They are getting more hits on the server, but it seems like they are not improving their infra structure. Since it is a public service and we are the customers, can we put a notice on them or is there any right to ask them to improve their infra strucure legally? As a consumer, can any one put a a legal notice on them?
