I have worked for one month in a USA based it company in india and also got one month salary.now i have got a better offer from another company. i want to join immeditely. if i abscond from my current company for two days and later send them resignation mail what will happen ? there is a two month notice period.anyway my i am not going to show this one month exp. to my next employer. will it create any problem for me in the next employment. Please guide me. I do nt want to lose this new opportunity. What action can take my current company.
