our grandfather giving property share to my mother in law as kunkum bhagya an 13 gunta in past 50 years ago. but she and his son now asking of 1/3 of the share in the proprty. the property was partition is accured past 50 years ago . but how we get rid of it. she has the power to get the share in the property?

If the Grandfather dies without leaving any will, then only his immediate legal heirs i.e. his wife, son(s), and daughter(s) will have the right to inherit the property left behind by him
