Can we execute a new deed from retrospective date effect to take advantages of old firms. It is legally or not ? Any Other way..... to execute a fresh deed ?

Any deed executed should bear a date the same as or later than the date of sale of the stamp paper. Otherwise it would amount to fraud. Selling and buying post-dated to pre-dated stamp papers are also offences.
