a girl (16 year old) blame to a boy (16 year old) that they had s*x 6 month ago but boy refused

then there is any criteria for medical test that prove they have done it and which type of case could filed against the boy.???

Medical test at this point of time is ruled out. It depends on circumstances as many such friends chat, publicize, write their experiences.

I have a question against it. Did they have consenting s*x or was it a rape? If it wasn't a rape, the very question of filing a case is ruled out.

On very rare cases, rape victims/consent victims come to court, settlements in known ways as end justice is always from the girl friend's family or some time even the girl herself in a planned manner.
