Settlement deed in favour of son in law

Can a person write a settlement deed in favor of his daughter and son in law together? or is it possible to do it only in the name of daughter?

Depends whether  it's single or joint settlement nature.

If it is ancestral property he cannot do it ,if it is self acquired then he can .
