Dear frnds can any one please let me know 1. what is the registration fees for partnership firm registration in Assam(Guwahati). 2. How much is the value of Stamp for Partnership Deed with two partners? 3. Should we mention capital of Rs 1,00,000 in the deed ? 4. Where should we submit and with which documents ? 5.Do we need trade licence before submission ?

Dear Titu,for partnership deeds stamp paper with Rs.1000 is needed.Yes, you can mention the capital in the partnership agreement.You have to submitt at concerned registrar of firms.No need of trade licence needed,But an office needed.
