One person one account

retd personal

Will it infringe the rights of an Indian citizen if a law is made to compel the customer to have only one account in his or her name in any of the bank of his or her choice. What could be the impact? What could be the benefits in tackling all pervading corruption, black money and ever growing NPA in collusion with the banking staff.

We can start with our Titular Head of the state , the President and then to Vice President , PM , all ministers , All MPs, MLAs, MLCs , Governors, all te constitutional post holders, the IAS.com, IPS.com, IRS.com,IFs.com and such entities who have made our life miserable and need to mend their ways.

When the ear is pulled the head is not far goes the proverb. Once the President to Chartered Accountants are compelled to have one person one acct the Ambanies , the TATAs , the Birlas, The Bajajs etc cet all will fall in line.

Who will be the one who will hire Arnab Goswamies/Barkha Dutts etc  to bark and bark and bark against such simple measure 24X7? Is it not do-able ? Why ? I am convinced that Ram Baba will pay his 58 Crores Income Tax , come clean and then take my idea forward.

Now, one has to look beyond what is actually being thrown at them.... Was Babba Ramdev not required to pay all those taxes before his lathi charge kand ... Was his disciple not enquired about his degree and all .... Why do we have these things only once some raises some voice... It looks like it is all fake..

As a matter of fact the idea of one account would not solve the purpose...

It is we who have chop it down from groud level....

Do you have an idea? Can you share your vision with us / Don't worry we will not hijack your Idea and make ourselves glorious. We are all good people here and trying to see reasons why despite having such constituional experts, learned councels, daring Advocates and etc etc we see Law as an Ass. We must get some idea from someone who love his or her country. Just share with us.
