STARTS LIVING WITH A LEGALLY DIVORSED MAN . WHAT REMEDY CAN BE ASSURED TO HER APART FROM FILING DIVORSE FROM FIRST HUSABAND . ??

It becomes adultery but not punishable as it is not considered as offence.her husband may file suit for divorce on grounds of adultery or with mutual consent.

BUT ADULTRY TO PROVE IS VERY DIFFICULT IN MANY SETUPS. 497 IS NO MORE IN EXISTANCE IN IPC.
