Legally disown parents

I want legally disown my parents. I'm 27 working in IT company. As my parents are forcing me to get married and not doing so they have said i'm dead for them. So legally i want to make sure i'm not responsible for them. Please do not suggest me to talk to them. I want a concrete answer for :- how can i disown them

If u have any ancestral property file suit for partition and take Ur share and disown them thru partition
