SIr/ madam,
I have been working in MAX PLANWEALTH SECURITIES CO since January 2013. As par the recruitment, salary would be credited with in 10th of every month. In February I got it with in time. Next month I received it on 24th. In April I received it on 30th. This month still I haven't got any salary. I have asked the HR about this matter, the reply she made is very rough. She didn't able to clear any thing and no one made any contact to us. Under this circumstance the total branch want to take legal step. What we should do? What would the process? If we file a suit then it would come under what......... labour/ civil?
