Documents requiring Compulsory Pre Adjudication before Registration

Respected Seniors,

Please guide me as to which documents / deeds are required to be "COMPULSORILY ADJUDICATED" before its Registration. I need to know the complete list of Documents / Deeds etc which require compulsory Pre-adjudication before its Registration.

Thanks for your prompt reply Mr Kundan Singh. I did have a look at Sec 17 ...But as per my knowledge, it is for "Documents for which Registration is Compulsory". My query is regarding those documents which are required to be compulsorily sent for adjudication before it can be registered..? Is Adjudication compulsory for some special documents ? or is it optional for all documents ?
