I Am An 37 years Old Indian Citizen, I Got Divorced On a Mutual consent basis, where my ex-husband agree to give me my 12 years old daughter's custody
but when divorce decree came it didn't have any clause related child custody, since her birth i am only taking care of her, her biological father doesn't keep any relation or contact with us, now i am remarried, my Husband is a dutch citizen, he lives here on a pio card basis,
he want to adopt my daughter. if it possible, pls share what is the process.
