SO salary is paid.

The Rules on Compassionate Appointment, State Act and Rules on Maintainance on Sr.Citizen/Parents, State Laws on Claimimng maintenence from Daughter in law, succession rules etc etc are to be pursued.

You will certainly find resolution in these.

Take help of local counsels that are well versed in J&K laws and rules......
