498A, DV, Cr PC With Same Allegations

Hi,

if the allegations of 498A, DV and Crpc are same, can we ask the magistrate to club all of them into single CC to avoid leakage of our defence that too it saves lot of time of court as well as Respondent. Where can we get it done, in the magistrate court or in HC?

Thanks in advance

i dont think this clubbing is allowed in matrimonial cases, afterall this reduces the earnings of a lot of people .

But you still take a chance. Try filing a Writ in High Court under article 226/227

and if limitation is there then go to 482 cr.p.c. in the high court!
