Dear Friend,
My wife has filed false 498a, DV, 406,34 etc on 9 people.
Direct arrest was done, no counseling or investigation by police before arrest.
I would like to know latest amendments in "arresting 498a accused" to be followed by Maharashtra police.
Please let me know if you have any copy of procedure to be followed by police regarding arrest, i am from Mumbai.

No Kiran, they jus cald my parents for inquiry in the morning and immeidately strated scolding and scaring them and showed them arrest warrants.
Later when relatives went to see them unaware of whats coming ahead. IO asked ther names and said you are also arrested.

Police and courts do as they wish. It is shocking that 9 persons were arrested. In my genuine case police has done nothing even against one single accused. Read: https://bitterjain.blogspot.in/
Police works on the basis who bribes or who has influence.
