facts
district (zomato app) I booked table yday at 12 pm
slot was 12 to 4pm
there I arrived at 3:30 pm
they stopped me saying there was some gaming event going on
the person stopping me was non-smaash employee
I even called zomato,they said manager said booking is still allowed
later they give excuse terms of condistions mentions I should arrive before 15 min of reservation time ( screenshot attached of tos)
my point of view is
now its not school that I should arrive exact at 15 min,in movie theatres also we sometimes can reach even if movie is closing (also if u see tos screenshot ,it mentions reservation time,not start of reservation time)
we are customers
also when I told them to give in video recording they cant deny entry they refused to give video recording
they said u booked theu zomato,ask them,but from their side they allowed entry in zomato its their mistake
I am very serious abt putting consumer complaint
more ever 4 to 6 gaming event they dont allow entry but online booking was working and I even booked one more slot at 4:30
this is outright negeligence
note;- I am middle class and want to lawyer per percentage basis,you may not like it but adjust
