498a 406 504 323 34 dv

Need advice... charged with 504 and 506 first, then left India as am working overseas since 15 years.after one week charged of Leaving India charged with 498a 406 34 and dv filed with maintenance, right to residence and restrictions. Chargesheet not filed. Help....

If u r abroad with all these cases filed against u then i think ur wife needs more help then u do coz u r already safe abroad and to bring u back india will be impossible.
