We live in a house(about 50 years and 3 generations of my family) and we buy that house. But we dont have any proof as my grandfather paid the amount and we have no documents on the same.
The guy who said that this house belongs to my grandfather and he wants his house back and filed a case in court and we won that case. Now again he filed case in high court and we received a notice for the same.
I want to know is there any option that he would not file case again and again as we are very fed up with this process and we dont have any legal prove so what are the chances of wining case again? We live in the house since 1950.
