2nd marriage

Dear Sir,

If any one man of indian national have married with indian women by Court Marriage, both are Hindu and Intercast marriage. Is this man can did 2nd Marriage with any Indian Hindu Divorced / Widowed / Unmarried woman If his 1st wife agree for his 2nd marriage.

If No, what is the legal problem.

If Yes, what is the procedure for documentaion.

If that Man want to go to Jail for gud 7 Years U/s 494 IPC 1860 then do second marriage in the presence of first wife . If not then legally divorce her wife first then do second marriage and the same process for the third marriage

Marrying another person when there subsists a first marriage and the spouse is alive, it amounts to bigamy, an offence attracting upto 7 years imprisonment
