There is no requirement of affidavit on a stamp paper of Rs. 10/- but it shall have to be written on plain paper. Whether you have filed a police complaint followed by reporting to higher police officials as mandated even then police did not lodge FIR ?
What is the relevancy of lockdown as urgent applications/ petitions / cases are being filed from day one of lockdown i.e., 25th March 2020 ?
