both the partners are separated hand loan was given to husband by wife ,after separation /desertion husband gave ch to wife for part of handloan amount,case is in favour of wife.now it is is appeal in court,in between both have settled via lok adalat on divorce,138 case and 498a,no money was given to kids,but husband appearing in 138 case n pressing it to continue,judge says marraige petiotin RD and ch bounce both r diff cases ,whereas dcree says that unless husband fulfills conditions of lok adalat wife need not take back any cases,what should be be present stand of wife as well as husband.
