  • Fatherforjustice says : PERJURY
Hello Sir , My wife was caught at advocate place in drunken condition at midnight with my 3 years daughter , on my complaint police registered 497 NC registered against that advocate . Same day early morning I rushed JFMC Court Maharashtra , took my matter on board DV case and intimated the same and prayed for directing police to do medical examination of advocate and wife. Judge said on next date she will give other party to say . After 10 days of this incidence wife even took matter on board DV case and prayed for protection order. Ex party protection order was given to wife on affidavit. In said affidavit given to JFMC DV Case, wife has mentioned that advocate is looking after her DV case matter. She is lying and judge knows it. When I told about this in divorce court and showed proof, divorce application filed by my wife was dismissed with many other reasons too. Then at JFMC Court Maharashtra U/Sec 340 of Code of Criminal Procedure. Showed judge that THAT ADVOCATE IS NOT HER ADVOCATE IN ANY CASE still judge gave "other part to say" and after say received judge says - U/Sec 340 application rejected What should I do NOW??? Please give me solution plsssss

  • aditya says : please answer i am mentally depressed due to this
my name is rishi .I have the following family members: *2 sisters *1 brother *1 mother We had an ancestral property of 40 acres Out of which my father before his death registered 25 acres in my and my brother name jointly.and rest 15 acres he gave unofficially to my mother and he died without any will.so now I think that 15acres would be equally divided among: *my mother *my brother *my 2 sister *and myself So this was the situation and "now" my mother and my sisters are ready to release their shares in my name through relinquishment deed or gift deed.so the problem is actually that 15 acre is still in the name of dead father i.e.it is not yet partitioned so my questions are: 1..will the relinquishment deed will work when shares are not registered in my sister's name? 2 without partition can relinquishment deed can easily challenged in court because my brother would definitely challenge the deed? 3( most important). If my sister along with my mother transfer their shares in my name through deed without partition and after that if I along with my two sisters and mother file a for partition will it work and if not than please tell me another to get the shares without partion ?

  • Custody Fighter says : Chil custody need your suggestion
Hi, My wife residing in overseas, and my minor child in india under custody of my wife parents.we both left overseas in april 2015 on student visa and i am on dependent visa left 6months old child under custody of my wife parents Since my wife was adamant that the baby should be left behind only in the care of her parents, I could not do anything but meekly budge.I suggested to my wife that the child could be brought to overseas as my income was more than sufficient for me to run the family and further suggested that my parents could also come for help to look after the child . But my wife stubbornly refused and made it categorical that the child would only be in her parents’ house until she finishes her studies. I always felt that the child should not be deprived of the love and affection of its parents.I had no other go than to come back to India for the sake of my child, who is now in the danger of being not properly brought up by the parents of my wife. Sensing that I would get custody of my baby from her parents, my wife has master minded, schemed, plotted and given a false DV complaint in overseas and me the summons through court, however i sent a suitable reply to it. their parents not allowing me to see my baby. i have e-mail evidence send my wife stating child will be brought up only by her parents till the completion of her studies and that me or my parents shall not demand custody of the child or bring the child to overseas.planning to launch child custody case against my wife and their parents under guardians and ward act section 12 and 25. any suggestions to get my child back. she still resides in overseas.
