  • Kumar Vivek says : Illegal Possession By Government
Hi Sir, I have a query that I inherited a Agricultural Land from my grandfather, A national Highway got passed through in between of land, so a part of land got into the road, When I inherited the property I was a minor, Now when I am now 33, I realised that the total sum of land available to me on spot is less as described in the Khatauni(land records), when I searched further then found that the road land is on my name, means My grandfather had no compensation of the land, as other people had, as verified by the land records of other people whose land got into the road, they had done registry on PWD name and took the compensation. All the revenue record are in my name and I am paying the revenue for my part of land in the state high way. when I searched further then I found that the people whose land was taken in possession had done registery to PWD in year 1989. I want to ask that does my case qualifies for Adverse possession, should I go to court to claim my land from PWD, or for a Compensation. Kindly Advice. Thanks in Advance.

If an application is filed in HC under O 39 R 1 & 2 for passing an ad-interim, ex-parte injunction against defendant before Single Judge. But Judge has rejected to grant ad-interim, ex-parte injunction, but application itself is not dismissed. Can an appeal be made against this order of Judge by Plaintiff? If yes, then under what section or order of CpC? or Plaintiff has to file Review or Revision Petition? Is there any case law on this subject which can be reffered? (Case Law preferably of Delhi HC or SC)

Now my husband married second time in last week. I have photos of his second marraige. He didnt tell anything about our marraige to his present wife. What can i do with the photos? Can I file a case against him for his second marraige? But for this my husband is demanding a divorce from me he is telling me that without divorce we cant withdraw the cases from high court. Is it true? Is divorce really compulsory for withdrawal of 498A n 377? I am affraid if he files a case against me after divorce then? Thats why i dont want to divorce him before withdrawal of cases.  Can he file any case against me after giving him divorce before withdrawal of cases? What should I do? Please help me.
