    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    I can answer questions related to family disputes, property disputes and civil disputes. I cant answer questions related to tax matters.

    Dear Sir, Can a member of the society who is out of the country appoint someone as the associate member? If yes, then whether it is necessary for the share certificate to be signed? Can we just sign the Form No. 7 for associate member and can that associate member be allowed to vote in an Special General Meeting? Thanking you in advance. Regards, Sommu

    I need a clarification regarding nominee vs legal heirs in case of shares.If a person dies nominating any person "X" to his shares,after his death who will be the owner of the share?The nominee or the legal heir.As per the bombay high court decision Company Act 109A nominee will be the owner,but Insurance Act tells different story.Please guide

My granpa have expired in august 2011 he is served by only son & only daughter He has gifted a part of his property to his daughter during his life.... Now the remaining propety he has gifted to my father by "HIBA NAMA" in the year 1999 with two muslim witness duely signed on the Stamp but my father did enforced the "HIBA NAMA" & did not get the property transferred to his name.... My question is can that HIBA NAMA be enforced now for property transfer or it stand cancels as my grandpa is expired now.. As of now my Fathers Sister is agagin demending her share.. does her claim is justified
