I made an agreement to sale my land in 2011 to M.L.A. & he took it on his friends name. When ever i ask him for registration i don't know why he is not doing registration, every time his manager will give some reasons & the M.L.A. will never talk to me. I would like to know what is validity period for an agreement, what can i do? I think M.L.A. is doing wanted bcoz to torture me & take my land for cheaper rate.

RESPECTED SIR, I HAVE BEEN WORKING IN GOVT BANK SINCE 2011 I AM ON PROBATION. TWO MONTHS REQUIRE TO COMPLETE THE PROBATION I WAS INVOLVED AN CASE UNDER IPC 326 IN 2007 AND IN PRISON FOR 24 HRS TILL GOT THE BAIL. THE CASE IS RUNNING IN TALUKA(TEHSIL) COURT. BANK ITSELF TOOK THE POLICE VERIFICATION CERTIFICATE FROM POLICE DEPT DIRECTLY AND POLICE DEPT DID NOT DISCLOSE ABOUT MY COURT MATTER IN VERIFICATION CERTIFICATE. THERE IS NO FILLED ABOUT COURT MATTER IN ANY BANK'S DOCUMENT WHICH I SUBMITTED TO THE BANK,SO I DID NOT DISCLOSE TO THE BANK ABOUT MY COURT MATTER. NOW OPPOSITION PARTY SENT THE APPLICATION WITH F.I.R TO THE MY BANK FOR TERMINATE ME FROM THE BANK. WHAT ACTION BANK TAKE ON ME? CAN BANK TERMINATE OR SUSPEND ME OR NOT? WHAT ACTION SHOULD I TAKE? PLEASE GUIDE ME I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL TO YOU

My friend was in abroad for last 6years,he got registred married under christian marriage act from court before he leaves for abroad, In between he came once and things were going on later he had some family issues with his father in law, they have hide the girls and and broken the connection with him,later he came to know that his father in law has filed false cases aganist him and she got married with another person in another name in far away location.He has the copy of marriage certificate,that is the only proof he has.His father in law is rich and threten him to harm life and put him in jail using his high influence. I would like to know now,what he has to do with the false case and marriage? waiting for you kind advice. Thanks.

I have a question, my father got a share of his grandfathers property in 1950s, at that time he was 8 yr old. Then my fathers family had 4 members. His father,mother,he and his younger sister. Sharing of my fathers grand fathers property was done. What came to my dad was invested in a land by his father and mother in 1951 which at that time was a revenue site. The same was subsequently taken by BDA in 1965-67 and reconvayed back in 1978 during which my father’s father and mother gave a NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE to BDA asking them to register the land in my father’s name. In this case does my father become the absolute owner? Can he gift the land to any one child? Do all the children have equal rights? The land was gifted to one of the sons. Can we 3 other children challenge the gift deed and get it cancelled? Our father has expired.. We are 2 daughters and 2 sons. Pls advice. Also pls relate this to any judgements from Supreme Court if there have been any such instances. I am from Bangalore and the property is located in Bangalore. I am a South Indian Hindu. Regards,

matter in court after mediation failed for domestic violence and maintainence. my husband put an application in court for access to the minor(daughter) and today was the court date for which i was unable to attend for some reasons. my lawyer has put an injuction order to submit my say for response to the application to access to the minor for the next court date and have requested court for next date. what is this injuncion order and will that affect me or the case in any way? what are the consequences of having missed the court date unintentionally without prior intimation and what would the court take action?
