Please tell me if society formation fee needs to be paid to apartment association in case of ownership transfer from mother to daughter even though I am not moving to the property. My mother will still live there. Bye Law says Rs 10 but they changed formation fee to 15k in a committee meeting without changing the Bye Law and forced it upon us.

Sir, I have filed one ejectment suit in Small causes court Kolkata and it has been 1.5 yr but my adv. never asked me to appear in court as he is saying WS submission is going on, could u pl guide me whether I am on right track or not, how long this case will go on? should i change lawyer or appoint counsel for this case what could be tentative for counsel appointment or process for changing lawyer?

Dear Respected Sir, I am an web designer from West Bengal.A Person sued me twice on a same case. He & his son misuse my two lost cheques,put amount & date on their wish & bounce it,then put a case on Delhi,Saket court.When I get bailed,then He threaten me to put again a new case so that I can lost my lifetime by train journey. I've no money and only 25 years old. But he just ruin my career life in revenge.I never give him any cheques. I never promised him to give him any money.But as they stays in Delhi(Badarpur) for long time and blackmailing me.So I return to West Bengal.They used to looks like very generous religious type of person.I went Delhi 5 years ago for my study where I started to design websites & web apps.Now I cant not work.I 've no money...helpless,my family in pain...my marrige failed...help me sir...help me.... When they put first case, then I told whole situation to my honorable judge...And he told me not to worry,there is no need to present of mine in the court until they can prove that I cheated them.Till then my advocate can present on my behalf..... I feel relaxed so that I can go back to work...but after court session:--- They threaten me that they ruin my life: just doing case & case & case in delhi. I can not survive and I becoming a mental patient ....I always feels to commit suicide....but my poor ma baba and bhai ...they are all helpless. I can not do my job properly. Dear Sir. I put a cheque in the bank for 1 lakh rupees but it bounced and the person who i gave the cheque to has told me he will revert back but he is not answering my phone nor is he giving me a date when he will give my money. I went to meet him. But he is not there. The neighbours tell me that he is not at home since a month. His phone also has been switched off since more than 1 and a half month. I know this person and i gave him cash and so i don't have any proof only that i got this cheque at the time of giving him cash. He was giving me an interest every month in return. What should i do. I hava a few sms which says, C to rtn capital aft payout so assuming 11/1 also as mid point u can rcv ur principalfunds to b rtned by say 2/2 so will arnge for that. What should i do. Can i send a notice to him. But he is not at home currently and what could the outcome be. Its been 20 days since i got the cheque back from the bank. Should i let him know that i am going to send him a notice for the bounced cheque. What could be the outcome and how much expense would be incurred if i was to send him a notice and file a case against him. He sometimes replies to my mail. This guy doesn't seem to care.
