Dear Expert , I own a flat ... Got possession in 2008 and also got possession letter same day . My property is registered also . It's a deed of conveyance . And we thought all papers are ok. few days back we applied for home renovation loan ... And was told they need maps .. Approved maps .. By authority ... We came to know that certificate of occupancy is missing and when asked... Builder representative replied .. He need 50000/- for that ... Without any receipt or record ... what to do now can anyone suggest plz ... Help me as I tried to learn there is Punjab apartment act 1995 which says it is necessary to give OC before possession ... plz hepl in this regard

Hi Sir , I have been previously helped by lawyers club , i really appriciate the forum . Unwantedly I am again in a situation where i need your suggestions . I applied my brothers visa last month thru a travel agent by making advance payment of Rs 10,000 . Visa was refused and without my prior permission agent kept applying for visa again and again keeping me in dark ( i made them very clear on first refusal that i dont want visa now ) For one month he kept troubling me by false statements , half of the time they dint pick my calls neither they updated me the status .When i visited his office to collect passport he assured me that he wont charge anything and will refund my whole amount as it was his mistake due to which i had to suffer . Till now he have not refunded my amount , neither he is picking my call nor he is replying to my messages . When i visited his office his tone changed telling that u dont need to come here . I will deposite my self . Can i file a case in Consumer court ,what are the chances suing him ? Please suggest the money i gave him are hard earned and i want to teach lesson to such people Regards

My brother is the owner of a company at haridwar, who purchased a property from SIDCUL (State Infrastructure and Industrial Development Corporation of Uttaranchal) on dated 27 Nov. 2009 via lease deed for 90 years. Now an Amin from Tehsil comes at the site / factory of my brother and shows a Recovery Certificate issued by Tehsildar Office for recovering an amount of about 3 lac + others + interest which is in the name of some other company for the AY 2008-2009 of Sales Tax Department. On investigation from sales tax department it was found that the previous company existed there, this was the recovery of that company not of my brothers company. But the amin is harassing us to recover the dues. He has already taken some amount against said RC against receipt. What should I do. Can we go for Stay suit against the said Recovery in the civil court and what about the notice of Sec. 80 CPC and whether the court will award the stay in our favour with an application U/s. 80 (2) CPC without given 80 CPC notice. please help because we have to take some serious action on coming Monday 26th. May.

I want to apply for Khata transfer online in BBMP Bangalore website. OLD PID number is required to initiate the application. I only have new PID and SAS 2008-09 application numbers which are not accepted? Can you please help how to get old PID number for my property?
