VIVEK says : dismissed DV case
The current status is that the Dv Case has been dismissed with no reliefs to the old lady. The final order does not mention about the old Interim order reliefs given to the old lady such as Residential rights and a advice to the Register office preventing the respondent from alienating his rights over the property. Under these circumstances, should I apply specifically to the court cancelling the earlier interim order or does it by default the court will advice the concerned authorities. Please Advice.

Dear Sir, there are two cases of sect 143,147,435 etc pending on me there are 10 accused in 1 case & 8 in other case but since last 3 years no body except 2 of accussed including me are attending court proceedings some accused have fleed to foreign countries there is no progress in any case my advocate has not been able to seperate my case from them. can you please guide me how can i seperate my case it has been 5 years now. please guide me.

Sir..I am PSU employee transferred to north east where there is no companies estbilshment or office..more over my service conditions are changed from AGM- engineering to medical rep..to the extent salary reduction..some with appeal is dismissed in HC..now though I am working company is not paying salary in time...next option is SC..the case is dismissed in Jan 14..with valid medical certificates etc..can I file SLP in DEC 14..pls advise
