Sir, I (Vikas Male ) am working in State Govt organisation.I married in the year 1999.Due to mutual differences I applied Divorce papers and served notice to my wife in the year 2006 got Ex party divorce in the year 2006.Court executive served notice officially to my wife collect signature and served notice during the above process. After getting decree few persons involved in the matter from my family and wife family settled matter from out side court.From 2007 onwards we are staying in same house and we had kid born in the year 2008. I observed her behaviour changing (due to her extra martial affairs) .Now differences are heavy.I am not interested to staty this person.Because she is an affair with another person. I am having few whats app messages and voice notes with another man. From 2015 July onwards she is staying in Banglore city and I am staying in Andhra Pradesh nearly 200KMs distance. Now i am planning to ra-marry or Live-in relationship with another girl. Now my Ex wife telling if you re marry i will file case againest you in police station in different sections and try to threaten government job. I am having some legal questions in my mind. 1.Whether my Ex party decree still valid or Not 2.If my ex wife file case in PS, possibilities of what sections she may file case. 3.Before going to remarry what precautions i need to take. Sir you are most efficient lawyers are here. Please suggest me to proceed further she is not coming to solve amicably this matter. Regards, Vikas

Sir, Myself: I Ruxana, I am working in Govt. Degree College in Telangana state, I got married which is inter religion. Problem: The principal of the college is harassing me by creating false evidences from my co-employees who are all contract basis only by permitting them to come college at any time and permitting en number of leave without marking as leave she is also availing en number of leaves and signing calmly after returning from leave. I have asked her about fraudulent activities., From that time she is targeted me and harassing in each activity she ordered office attenders not to follow my instructions. Finally she is trying to file an atrocity case on me by the name of one attender one who belongs to SC category by forcing her. How can I protect from the above fraudulent behavior of my principal, I cant understand what to do,Kindly help me sir, nobody can tell witness on behalf of me because she has forced them to act according to her views by allowing them to not work.

Dear Sir, I am going to buy a plot in Ghaziabad U.P. which is converted to 143 (Akrishit) Non-Agriculture. Can it be considered as Abaadi Land ? Can I get the mutation of this plot after registration process ? Can Owner deny to sign for mutation ? Actually I have paid Byana.Please help

Gud Nun Sir, In connection with a civil dispute, Kindly enlighten to the following queries:- 1. A Power of Attorney holder sells the property, accepts money in his own account and do not pays to the Principal. What is validity of such sale. 2. Property was purchased by brothers in the name of their mother, in around 1970-75. Father died around 80's. Do the daughter / sister of said brothers, have the inheritance right in light of the supreme courts judgement. 3. In case of disabled persons, whether the court fee is exempted in cvil suits? Is there any limit of disability for exemption. 4. Where property has been sold in considerable under valued amount, what other recourse can the Principal of POA can opt for. Thanks in advance.

Sir, My divorce case got decree at family court and permanent alimony given Rs-3 lakhs also on january 2014.. but again wife had filed MATA at HIGH COURT ODISHA for higher alimony and also she had taken Rs- 3 lakhs from family court. HIGH COURT ODISHA had given judgement and ordered me to deposit Rs- 25 lakhs again to my wife as alimony on 28 JULY 2016. Am unable to pay bcuz am only single income earning source in my house and my parents are very old and fully dependent on me also they are operated patients and under treatment with medicines and also 1 elder unmarried sister is with me and fully dependent on me. So i have to bear all the expenses of my house. Please help me what to do. can i again file case in the same HIGH COURT ODISHA about the decision or i have to go to SUPREME COURT DELHI for appeal. please help me and advice me. i never gone to SUPREME COURT before also give me help of a expert lawyer of SUPREME COURT OR HIGH COURT ODISHA so that i can take advice. CAN I AGAIN APPEAL IN THE SAME HIGH COURT ODISHA AGAINST THE JUDGEMENT GIVEN BY THE COURT. PLEASE TELL ME.
