sir i made an accident on 11 march 2011. fir has been lodged against me on the same day.till now i did not received any notice from Court side.today i received a phone call from other party side that his advocate told them that first date of hearing is already gone second is on 21 sep 11.what i should do now i can not attend the hearing on 21 .

Sir/Mam, My father and my uncle has a property. My father sell it to x. When my uncle oppose it, X wrote a registration cancelling on 100 Rs. stamp and got signed by my father & his own and took 70% money which X party gave 2 my father. When my father bag 4 land document, he refuses to do that so my father kept 25% of money in his account. But he didn't cancel his authority on that land.So my uncle went 2 court againt him and go 4 case. After that my father became 1 of the party in that case. Than the decision came that land will be of X person and my uncle loose that case. But no any comment was there in that case bout my father and also bout the money which he took through bank. So my father went to highcourt against him but till today no any process is there in that case and X party has made a building on that land. So please give ur comments that what should my father do 4 that.

Sir, there is a partnerhsip firm comprising of 5 partners( all the partners are part of the hindu joint family). There arises a dispute among the partners. Three partners in one side and 2 partners in the other bu the majority stake held by the two partners who are in one side. The partnership firm is not a registered partnership firm. The other 3 partners file a title suit for injuction of payment by a party. The three partners withdraw the suit after one year stating that as per partnership act the firm being unregistered the suit cannot be implicated in any court of law and request for withdrawl of the same. the three partners register their form with the registrar of firms by forging the signature of other two partners.the other two partners approached the registrar of firms for cancellation of the firm. on reciving the certified copy of the registration process the forgery is quite evident and can be made out by a lay man also. I would like to know the process of cancellation of the registration of firm through the registrar of firms without going through any criminal proceedings.The registrar of firms have called the parties for enquiry. but due to unavoidable reason the process is getting delayed. please help by letting me knw the process for cancellation without crimnal proceedings.
