    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    i can answer questions relating to civil laws,land laws in up,a few relating to criminal law,but would not be able to answer questions relating company law matters.

    my area of expertise is in hindu law contract act,partnership act,negotiable instrument act and rent control and transfer of proprty act .

    Dear Sir, In 1954 it was mentioned in mutation entry that the Owner was dead around 9 years back and name of his only Son was registered in mutation entry. Is Kul applicable for a Widow existing till 1960? Shall we have revision of that mutation entry?

    Please let me know can i sell, gift or write a will for accestoral property i got after legal divsion in court. does my childer still have claim over it. we are 3 brothers and done legal divison of the our ancesstoral property e.g there were 3 houses now we have taken 1 each. So do i have all the rights for my share or can my childern claim right to this property.

    Dear sir, My father got loan from a finance on 1986 for 1.75 lac and was paying 36 % interest then on. He signed Empty Pro-note on the time of purchase and on 2000. we have paid 25 lac total cumulative in interest and principle. Whenever asked about the pro-note back they said that they have to recheck the account for late interest on 2001. to my surprise this 2011 finance guys are demanding another 15 lac rupees in cash as they come to know that we are selling our agriculture land. Please help me as my father is a poor farmer and also we filed a case on 2001 in local police station that we missed our empty pro-note in bus stand since we fear that this guys might be behind that theft also.
