    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    i can answer questions relating to civil laws,land laws in up,a few relating to criminal law,but would not be able to answer questions relating company law matters.

    my area of expertise is in hindu law contract act,partnership act,negotiable instrument act and rent control and transfer of proprty act .

    hi experts my name is keerthiabishek ,i have a query regarding my grandmothers property last week she expired she is my mothers step mother and she didn’t write any will regarding the property .and the total property is in the name of my grandmother solely and what is the procedure for selling this property what all should be done for selling this property. The said property has been registered has gift to my grandmother .please help me in this regards.

    sir thanks a lot for ur reply... let me bring to your kind knowledge that i m not at all interested to give divorce.. but as my wife doesnt want to stay with me...i m helpless...i have to do this for her happiness..now thing is if we give joint petition for divorce under sec 28 of special marriage act, than also sec 29 will get attracted or not...?? i mean that 3 years clause of petition...

    Hi, I wanted to know if someone is captured by police in a red light area in a day time or in the night time, is it a crime. then is prostitution a crime and if no then why a person found in the red light area is arrested by police and why? Are there any remedies for the person getting arrested in law and are police doing a legal thing here though the person is found doing no crime other than going with a prostitute. Waiting for a reply. Prashant
