Hello,Hope you are fine. Could you please provide me suggestion. Me and my lover decided to marry in a temple.Not sure if we can get marriage certificate there.Is there any way that we can get married in temple and then get the marriage registered? If yes, what is the procedure and how long it takes to get the marriage certificate ? We are in a family problem and have taken this decision as this is the only option we have and not to hurt our parents. Thanks a lot in advance

Respected sir, My uncle is 78, farmer. he is paying maint allc to his wife since 1986. the case is under 125. He is weak unable to farm and earn to pay the dues to his wife. Their daughter is married and in privated job. The mother is with the daughter. Is there any judgement exempting such person from paying the maint allce ??

thanks sir, but i am having one doubt reg, can member of interview board put objection for doing llb without permission from employer by my brother?how he will defend himself?he did used all his EL/CL for his exam.apart this is there any supreme court ruling available related to my brother problem?so that he can put himself in defend position after resigning his govt job.please advice .thanks

Respected Sir, I wish to seek your kind suggestions and guidance regarding the following mentioned points. 1) Whether the inheritance of agricultural land comes under the purview of The Muslim Personal Law (Shariat) Application Act, 1937 or not ? 2) If not, then which law shall tackle the above issue ? I require above information with regard to my father's inheritance rights in his grandfather's agricultural land, which at present is denied by his (my father's) uncles citing Islamic law. My father's father passed away before my father's grandfather, and after death of my father's grandfather, the names of my father, his 4 uncles and his grandmother were entered in the documents as inheritors.
