    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    i can answer questions relating to civil laws,land laws in up,a few relating to criminal law,but would not be able to answer questions relating company law matters.

    my area of expertise is in hindu law contract act,partnership act,negotiable instrument act and rent control and transfer of proprty act .

    Dear Sir, kindly help me on this, we have ancestral property which was given under Will by my father to the four daughters (including me).from past few years my brothers family was living in this house and one of the room ,toilet bathroom and lawn area was being given to my brother's son and his wife purely on bonafide basis to live as they dint have any other accomodation.Now recently,my brother's son has been implicated in a criminal case and he is missing/absconding.we are fearing the order of attachment which can be oassed under section 83 CrPc.the house with its belongings except for that one room belongs completely to us.can we object or take any preventive measures against the order of attachment of property.Please help or refer me to some one.

    Hello sir.My query is that the party related to the civil case of stay is living outside from their house for 6months before filing the said suit.they filed the said suit 2months back,now they are going back to their home.Can the opposite party may harm to their property as well as their lives to make them away from their house?here one party is a neighbourer(adjoining houses) to the other.Sir pls suggest if it may happen as i asked above what security they may take before going to their home safefully,peacefully and with no afraid.Your reply and suggestion is very important for me.Thank you.

    Dear Sir, thanks for your expert openion.Yes, I had been convertedto islam and married through islamic law and not regd in any other govt registry. Only copy of conversion and islamic marriage is sent to my native police station for information.
