    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    i can answer questions relating to civil laws,land laws in up,a few relating to criminal law,but would not be able to answer questions relating company law matters.

    my area of expertise is in hindu law contract act,partnership act,negotiable instrument act and rent control and transfer of proprty act .

    Sir, my bike was stolen on 14/5/11 night and FIR lnchd on 15/5/11 now my bike is found and on superdari- (6/6/11). I rcvd summon from cort and attend 1ts hearing, now other party's advocate is agreeing to compnsate. Is is correct, what I Do??? my next hiring is on 12/11/11

    Dear Sir On what grounds can a commercial property( a shop in punjab) be vacated as early as possible? We had rented our shop, the tenant refuses to raise the annual fixed rent after the expiry of tenancy agreement & moreover threatens not to vacate. I want to know what are the laws in the landlord's favour to get the possession of the property as early as possible. Plz reply sooner.

    i gave my property papers in favour of my relative company against performance bank gaurantee now validity of bank gaurantee expired and i refused to renew the bank gaurantee now bank not releasing my property saying dat ur relative should bring one more property to replace this property then only we will release ur property? my relative very angry with me not replacing my property wat is the solution to get back my property?
