    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    i can answer questions relating to civil laws,land laws in up,a few relating to criminal law,but would not be able to answer questions relating company law matters.

    my area of expertise is in hindu law contract act,partnership act,negotiable instrument act and rent control and transfer of proprty act .

    Sir, We got a land of 15 acres registered to two people,me and my younger brother. The land was saled on august 2008 without knowing me. I got doubt and went to register office since my documents were lost,then i had know that the land was allready saled to someone.Bit i found that in the place of Signature some one has forged it and also my photograph was also changed. My ration card xerox copy is there but edited.the copy of the ration card xerox is my pink ration card which was later changed to white ration card by the government. but here is no clarity of the photo also in the copy of ration card and also my signature has been erased in the ration card.but my younger brothers photo is clear and in the ration card only his photo is not clear and the rest of all are same as in the original ration card. So what shoul i need to do to acquire my land.it has been allready 3years since the registration has been done to another. So please suggest me what are the legal followings to do by me to acquire my land.
