    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    i can answer questions relating to civil laws,land laws in up,a few relating to criminal law,but would not be able to answer questions relating company law matters.

    We are registered Housing Society situated at Dombivali (East) from 1994. The Housing Society is registered in the year 1999, however, till date the Conveyance of Land & Building of the Society has not been executed by builder. Society has filled Legal case against Builder in the Kalyan Court in the year 2002. From last one year we are trying to compromise with builder for the conveyance of Society. Builder is now ready to execute the conveyance, accordingly we have organize all the required documents along with final Conveyance Deed (on Stamp Paper of Rs.5,000/-) which has accepted by Builder. However, now builder is asking us to withdraw Legal Case filed against him before registration of Conveyance Deed. Please let us have your suggestion for the same.

    Suit filed before Civil Judge Senior Division for recovery of amount on the basis of Cancellation of agreement to sell. Court held that as there was the clause of profit sharing on sale of property to third person and the property is not sold yet. The cancellation deed id a contingent contract and that contingency did not happen and therefore there is no cause of action. My query is... What should I prefer, Civil Revision or First Appeal or Writ Petition, for challanging the said order?. please refer the relevant citations.

    We both brothers are residing in delhi with our mother along. Our residential house is located in Orissa (sundergarh). Our father used to take care of the house and since 2009 after he passed away, on one side of the house lives a tenant paying rent regularly but without any agreement since 4 years and on the other my uncle since 2009 paying half of the actual rent. Please advice me as to what complications can take place in future and how to avoid the same. Thankyou.
