Hello sir, I had sold bike to dealer in Bangalore. Now I am asking for the transfer ownership doc but he was telling that he didnt buy the bike from me. I have sale delivery receipt which mentioned his name also but there is no logo of his shop in that receipt. What steps do i need to take so it wont be any problem to me and my family in future. It was my mistake to sell the bike without proper documentation.Even i am trying since 6month to get any data about ownership tranfer from the RTO but still it taking much time. If i lodge a complain to police and suppose the title of ownership transferred to other person on my vehicle no than how it will affect to me in future. Your small input is much valuabale for me. Dear Sir, namaste, Is this possible to get a exparte divorce from the court..and if a person get this, what will be value of that.. actually story is : i filled the case of Section 9 in 2007 and withdraw it in Dec. 2010 and filled a new case of Divorce in 2011 on the ground of cruelty and on the ground of seperation for long period.. Whall will be ahead. please suggest me. thanks
