actually in 2008 in the month of october I have bought the used computer monitors from a person named ERNEST KESTONE and I have paid all the money from wire transfer which I have all the documents of the bankand the all the correspondence and mails between him and I and the invoice that he sent me company addresss given below:- Continental Recycling LLC P.O. Dear Sir/Madam, I was married in 26th Jan'2008 no dowry exchanged.Wife suffering from Bipolar Deficiency. Gone to her house in aligarh from Lucknow in aug'2008.Had two meeting with my Inlaws in year Dec 2008 and Jan'2010 for reconcilation. After no answer sent a legal notice thru my advocate . They filed False 498a,406 and Crpc 125 at Aligarh.Case was transferred to mediation cell. Settlement was reached in aug'2010 . According to settlement divorce could be taken .But till date they are not ready to give divorce. I filled for exparte divorce on 31st Oct'2011.The dates were 2nd Dec for Ws and 9th for me to appear .But on 9th other side had taken date of 3rd jan'2012. Kindly let me know what should be my next step and can i file breach of contract.iF yes then help in drafting the petition of the same. Rgds

Please help about the below matter Sir. The Honorable President of India Sub Continuous harassment to PSU Employee and atrocity to scheduled Caste in HPCL Visakhapatnam Refinery. Dear Madam I RAJESH KUMAR had been continuously harassed by some people in various incidences and for that I had complained to the higher authorities many times but no action had been taken against them and every time it had been tried to blanket the case without resolving it. I had also complained to the NHRC and the file is attached for reference. The problem got precipitated and one day that is on 01December 2011 a suspension letter is issued to me and handed over to me by stating that I have done man handling with some one. Now I am having strong grievance with my department they have not looked into the issue. Mr. B. Vijay Kumar a superintendent production in HPCL Visakhapatnam refinery is the seed of all problems. He has harassed me a lot and when I objected him, he plotted a plan to trap me and given a false complaint against me to the department. After that the HPCL has suspended me without doing any investigation. In HPCL refinery the people who are SC and ST of Andhra Pradesh are discriminating the people who have came from far flung area like me. I belong to SC category and employed through all India recruitment procedure for which I am suitable and eligible. Mr. B. Vijay Kumar is the President of SC and ST Association in HPCL refinery and that association is a self styled association. Mr. B. Vijay Kumar harassed me by telling that you people are coming from distance places and begging the seats of SC and ST candidates of Andhra Pradesh. It will be better for you if you leave this company and go to your area. Mr. B Vijay Kumar is Christian and SC too he is having dominance in Visakhapatnam area and SC and ST Christian people are harassing the people who have came from other parts of India. He had challenged my SC certificate issued by Government of India to me which is authentic and valid. He is charging me of possessing false SC certificate and stated that I belong to any higher caste. In the last twenty five years of my life I have not seen any body harassing the innocent people. Now when I am capable of earning my livelihood then the person from a peaceful state like Andhra Pradesh and who also belongs to the SC category had harassed me because I came to work here in Visakhapatnam and belonging to SC category which is totally disliked by Mr. B Vijay Kumar. And he says he can remove me from my job. On 30 November 2011 at Night time he started a hot argument and started abusing me and when I objected he made a false case against me. And I have been suspended for indefinite time from my services. I am working in this HPCL refinery as Operations Technician that is a entry level position in this refinery. I am already struggling to manage the livelihood with a very low grade of salary that is basic 4225 per month. Since I am suspended after false allegations against me how I will survive I don’t know. I am suffering from Anxiety and Depression as per medical advice following the first application to my department. Now I am in a state of shock and fear and spending a lot in my diagnosis. Therefore, I appeal to the Government of India to protect my Human Rights and let me live and work in any part of India.
