CITIZEN & RETIRED RECENTLY.I AM A BONAFIED RENTED/TENNANT STAYING A ONE PLACE SINCE 1948/49.OUR GROUND+ 1ST FLR WAS BUILD UP IN THE YEAR 1946/48 THEREAFTER 2ND & 3RD FLR WAS EXTENDED IN THE YEAR 1982/85. NOW UOR X-LANDLORD HAS SOLD THE PREMISES TO RE-DEVELOPER BASED ON BORIVALI. HERE PLS NOTE THAT GRD + 1ST FLR, CONSISIT OF 5+5 TENNANTS(OUT OF 10 ROOMS 2ROOMS ARE IN POSSESSION OF X LANDLORD,2ND FLR 2 FLTS WAS OCCUPIED ON LEASE BASIS & 3RD FLR 2 FLTS WERE OCCUPIED BY X LANDLORD) NOW REDEVELOPER IS INSISTING FOR MY CONSENT LETTER AND PERMANENT ACOMODATION AGREEMENT FOR ALLOTING US AS A FLAT OWNER NOW M HUMBLY REQUESTING YOU TO FORWARD ME THE ANSWERS FOR: 1.ELEGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADDITIONAL FREE COST CARPET AREA FOR EXISTING TENNANTS. 2.ELEGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR CORPUS FUND 3.BANK GURATENTEE,CASH DEPOSIT GURANTEE,BANK CREDITIBILITY REPORT. 4.TENURE OF REDEVELOPMENT FROM THE DATE OF DEMOLITION OF BUILDING 5.ADDITIONAL CARPET AREA ALLOCATION AGAINST THE PAYMENT 6.MINIMUM LEGAL HGT. Sir, I booked a flat with a Navi Mumbai Builder 6 months back by paying 20% of flat basic cost...... It was agreed that rest amount will be given after registration and availaing a Housing Loan but after 2 months they sent me letters asking to release more money... but remain elusive as to when the registration will be done.... I confronted on the matter and they replied that they are cancelling my booking/ allotment... but never gave anything to me in WRITING.. also when they kept me saying that they cancelled my booking... they were TOTALLY silent on the 20% amount refund issue... Note: I have many atimes Emailed (on their contact ID) and FAXED my inability to pay the rest 80% money without registration (in response to their letters whenever I got... but they never cared to reply those letters and they say that I am troubling them...) There was no cancellation clause etc. while booking.... What can be best done to get out of this soup.... (akcnowledging their strong arm twisting ways)........

sir 1. my wife from sonipat she want do case 498a me and my family.this side we do section 13 from merrut.when she do us case.before the f.i.r we think that we take intrim bail.but my merrut lawyer says that dont take intrim bail,after fir we take stay from chandigarah high court.plz sgeeust me what i do ? 2. in u.p. before f.i.r. matter goes in women tana after they finaly send to f.i.r. what is the process in haryana. 3. some bady expert in 498a in sonipat who know all point. my email id is sachin.tyagi22@yahoo.com.

SIR, Whether it is mandatory to file the affidavit alongwith the application u/s 340 crpc and signature of the complainant or advocate could file just an application on behalf of complainant without affidavit and signature of the complainant.Pls. clear the confusion. Regards, DIVYAA

I am nilesh J khot. I had criminal case that was disposed ..on 21-04-2011. My lawyer didnt tell that . i got the court order on 16-12-2011. that order said this case going into under limitation(Police files chargesheet after 2 yrs ) thats why its disposed by Chief Judicial Magistrate Kolhapur. i already got the passport which is short validity passport i want to renew that one, should i submit the judgment copy in passport office? And i am worried that court case is disposed in 21-04-2011? so why status not changed ? It ok that i have only proof of court there no need to change website status ?
