    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    i can answer questions relating to civil laws,land laws in up,a few relating to criminal law,but would not be able to answer questions relating company law matters.

    my area of expertise is in hindu law contract act,partnership act,negotiable instrument act and rent control and transfer of proprty act .

    Hi My grand grand father (GGF) HAS SOME PROPERTY My GGF has one son (he is my Grand father) My GF has 5 son(S1(My father),S2,S3,S4,S5 and one daughter D1) My GGF has done a will with 50-50 % share of his entier property between his only son (GF) and my father (S1) by mentioning my father as adopted son. My father has 3 sons and one daughter. During the course my frand father expires and my father shared the entired property to with their brothers (S2,S3,S4,S5) EQUALLY. Later my father build 2 story building in his shared property with his own money. want below clarification. 1) Exact difference betwen own property and inherited property. 2) once the property is divided and registered is it consider as own property or still inherited property. 3) Can my father give this property to any of his sons or is it mandetory to divide the property to all his son and daughter. 4) can you please let me know the class/section number of law or any link with judgement happens.     Can we add arbitration clause to the Trade Mark Assignment Agreement. Sec.134 of the Trade Marks Act gives Jurisdiction to District Court on some matter.

    A JUDICIAL SEPERATION case filed by husband in the month of may 2009, subsequently wife filed 498A / DV / 125 Cr.p.c., husband facing all the trials,now husband wants to withdraw the JS CASE as he is unable to maintane all the cases parally due to finance, what will be the consequences IF HE WITHDRAW THE JS CASE?
