Sir Hello I and my friend had opened a minority trust and opened a society also and under that society we have opened an educational college. My friend is the secretary in that society and I am the member of the executive committee. one onwer made a registerd agreement to sale his land and the consideration amount is 670000 and part payment of 500000 is paid and remaining is to be paid at within 2 years of this agreement. still 6months are remaining now the owner is selling the land to other person but best under which section and what court fee to be paid sir to get the possession and get registered sale deed

Dear Sir, I am Priyanka. I want to thank you for your valueable advice. I dont know if i can mention my query here but still...I have few more doubts. You have mentioned about adoption process. We will do adoption deed. But if i have the complete custody of my child and my ex-husband has given away his rights of child duriong divorcee. Please tell me even then do we need his consent for the adoption process.
