Hello, I am from Mumbai and I am A ca student. we are seeking for purchasing a flat in Nallasopara west comes under Thane district.The Flat is Under Chawl system of three floors. The Land and Chawl belongs to the Builder who Has build a chawl the chawl is 5years old and many people are living it most of the people are on rent.The builder said that the Electricity bill and Yearly Tax receipt is come in your name.No Registration and No Loan is Possible.He gives us only a agreement by doing notary that he has sold the flat to us. i want to know that:- it is safe to purchase that flat? If any problem in law in future? What are the Documents Requires to see before Purchasing a flat? if he refuse for registration and stampduty it advisable to purchase the flat?

hello, good day. married in feb.'11 my wife left me on 5th Dec.'2011, for no reason. chances has she been a emotionally blackmailed by her parent because of conflict of ego with my parent. now more than one (1) year has been passed. in this period, they used GOEBBELS TRUTH. this sunday [10-2-2013], they come to propose a mutual consent divorce. though they don't open their card yet, they do give slight ink link/idea of dire consequence if their demand/terms will not be fullfilled, so, like to know in that case the intensity of 498-a as well DV case suppose they will file a case against me to give pressure to accept their filthy demand, thank you to abridge my position in this scenario. regards. gautam. NAMASTE JI, Mujhe u/s340/195 Cr.P.C ko file karna hai kyonki mujh par Cr.p.c 125 main kuch aligation lagaye gaye hain jinke khilaf merepaas documentry evidence hain aur jo affidevit file kiya gaya hai usme bhi pehle file kiye gaye affidevit se alag statement hai pls mujhe u/s340/195 Cr.p.c ko same court main Cr.p.c ki kis dhara aur section ke through court fee de kar is application ko submit karvaana chahata hoon. friends...... the problem is tht i meet wit a girl on facebook....we beccome friends....finally after 2 yr of friendship...we fall in lov with her ...now at present we knw each other from last 4 years....2 years of being commited.....we wants to marry with each other.....we both are major 22 years old....still our relation is not disclosed in her family but my family knw about my relation and they r agree ....but the problem is that i am from an OBC cast...& She Is AGRAWAL...( well known general cast ).. i m in a fear from last 2 years ....how there parents can become ready for me after knowwing my cast......we both cant live without each other.....thts y i wana knw ur suggessions what wen ca do if her parents will disagree for marriage....we dont wana ran away from there houses.....as this situation can b arise any time thts y i wana knw in advance the rights which works in favour of lovers who wana marry... 2...what we can do if we became aware of that her parents are planning to kill me or her daughter... 3....can her parents take any action against me to get rid of me... 4....any other advises which u wana give to us ....we cant live without each other ...wana spend life with each other at any cost....
