    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    i can answer questions relating to civil laws,land laws in up,a few relating to criminal law,but would not be able to answer questions relating company law matters.

    my area of expertise is in hindu law contract act,partnership act,negotiable instrument act and rent control and transfer of proprty act .

    sir, i with alongwith 5 other possessed a land which we gave for development to a builder. the 5 others accepted cash and cheque consideration and i took a shop against my share of land. the builder at that time executed a supplementary agreement for my shop. i and 5 others gave a power of attorney to builder for his further development of land. the builder and one of my co owner of land among 5 has expired, the project is completed and has also received a completion certificate. now the question is that whether i can sell my shop or can i register it on my own by paying the stamp duty.

    Hi, My aunt stayed in my dad's property (This property is brought by my grandfather who died in 1943 so i came to know that daughter cant claim rights since grandfather died before 1957) for more than 30+ years and died before seven years. After that my aunt's son left the house for rent and was collecting the rent. During the whole period the property tax and water tax was paid in my father's name. Please advise whether my aunt's son can claim rights on the merit that my aunt stayed there for 30+ years and he is collecting rent for 7 years. Note: There is no one staying in the house now(for past 2 months) and we are planning to renovate the house. Property is located in Tamil nadu.

    hi sir, may you help me with some judgment regarding all the sons are liable to maiantain the parents equally if they are equally or well placed. my father has been harassing me quite for a long time, and demands 1/3 of my salary on the basis of judgments u/s 125CrPC. this amount is being spent on other sons alongwith property.i have proved the same in court but the court has ordered Rs 5000 pm despite this observing that i am alone facing the case. with regards, samra

    Hello, I am from Mumbai and I am A ca student. we are seeking for purchasing a flat in Nallasopara west comes under Thane district.The Flat is Under Chawl system of three floors. The Land and Chawl belongs to the Builder who Has build a chawl the chawl is 5years old and many people are living it most of the people are on rent.The builder said that the Electricity bill and Yearly Tax receipt is come in your name.No Registration and No Loan is Possible.He gives us only a agreement by doing notary that he has sold the flat to us. i want to know that:- it is safe to purchase that flat? If any problem in law in future? What are the Documents Requires to see before Purchasing a flat? if he refuse for registration and stampduty it advisable to purchase the flat?
